24 yıl hapsi istenen Deniz Seki’nin Zeynep kod adını kullandığı ve satıcılardan fazla kokain karşılığı “bonus” uyuşturucu aldığı iddia edildi..
Jandarmanın şoke eden baskınının ardından, “Kokain satın alıp içmek” ve “Başkalarına uyuşturucu temin etmek” suçlarından cezaevine gönderilen Deniz Seki’yle ilgili bilinmeyenler, hazırlanan iddianameye yansıdı.

Sabah’tan Veli Sarıboğa’nın özel haberine göre İstanbul Cumhuriyet Savcısı Bilal Bayraktar tarafından hazırlanan 60 sayfalık iddianamede Seki’nin de aralarında bulunduğu 16’sı tutuklu 19 sanığa yönelik önemli iddialar var. İddianamenin 57′nci sayfasında, Seki’ye ait toplam 296 telefon görüşmesinin izlendiği belirtildi.
Yüklü miktarda uyuşturucuyu veresiye almış
Teknik takip sonucu Seki’nin neredeyse her gün kokain satın aldığı ve zaman zaman da kokaini şoförü Mecit Çam aracılığıyla aldırdığı vurgulandı. Hakkında 24 yıl hapis istenen şarkıcının, yüklü miktarda uyuşturucu alırken ödeme güçlüğü çektiği ve ‘veresiye’ aldığı öne sürüldü.
Kokain alımında yüksek performans gösteren Seki’nin uyuşturucu tacirlerinden “bonus” diye tabir edilen hediye uyuşturucu madde aldığı da iddia edildi.

İddianamede, Deniz Seki’nin en yakınındaki şoförü, basın danışmanı, arkadaşı ve evinin temizliğini yapan Şengül Çam, tanık olarak alınan ifadelerinde, Deniz Seki’in Hüsnü Şenlendirici ile uyuşturucu kullandıklarını ve Seki’nin arkadaşlarına da uyuşturucu satın aldığını söyledi. Çam, “2-3 ay kadar önce ev temizliği yaparken yatak odasında içine kalem sokulmuş pet şişe gördüm. Bir keresinde de aynı şekilde çokça şişe gördüm. Deniz Seki’ye ne amaçla kullandığını sorduğumda, kokain içmekte kullandığını belirtti. Kendisinin Hüsnü Şenlendirici ile beraber kullandığını söyledi. Evde temizlik sırasında pet şişelerini yatak odasında bulurdum” dedi.

İddianamede Seki’nin de ifadesinde, uyuşturucu kullandığını, arkadaşlarıyla zaman zaman uyuşturucu madde kullandıklarını, genelde uyuşturucu maddeleri kendisinin ısmarladığını, uyuşturucunun parasını da kendisinin ödediğini, uyuşturucuyu “Apo” kod adlı Abdullah Haner, “Murat” kod adlı Sinan Yüksel ve “Diyar” kod adlı kişilerden sağladığını söyledi.

İddianamedeki 42 numaralı telefon görüşmesinde, “30 dakikaya Neşe’ye paspas 500 dolar” diyerek arkadaşı Neşe Ünal’a uyuşturucu siparişi verdiği, 43 numaralı telefon görüşmesinde, “8 taş 4 kuş” diyerek çok miktarda uyuşturucu istediği, bu görüşmenin devamında yaptığı 44 numaralı konuşmada ise “Hayır ‘7 artı 4 kuş’ ben istemiyorum” diyerek arkadaşlarına uyuşturucu sipariş ettiği, 56 numaralı görüşmesinde ise “Oğlum ben kendime istemiyorum. Benim evde var” diyerek maddeyi arkadaşlarına istediği vurgulandı
